The moderator has a significant role in the focus group interview and helps to ensure that the desired insights are achieved. It is therefore important to have an experienced moderator. We have a number of regular moderators with many years of experience in various industries, who all have deep insight into consumer behavior, group dynamics and exploratory interview techniques. At the same time, our internal moderators are members of the Qualitative Network in Denmark (Det Kvalitative Netværk), which ensures that they are continuously updated on the latest qualitative methods and tools.
