The majority of Userneeds’ panel members are where they thought they would be in their life at this point

November 30th, 2018

Things don’t always turn out they way we had hoped or even the way we thought they would. Perhaps you dreamed of becoming a professional football player but got a knee injury or perhaps you thought you would never settle down and have a family of your own, yet you did.

It is hard to predict the future, and in many ways, you never know what is going to happen. Nonetheless, many people have an idea of what their future will look like as well as dreams and hopes for what might happen.

We have asked our panel members if they are where they thought they would be at this point in their life. More than half of the panel members in both Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Ireland answer either “Yes, to a high degree” or “Yes, to some degree” when asked the question. The majority within this group has chosen the answer option “Yes, to some degree”, however.

Approximately one out of four in the Scandinavian countries feels the opposite and answers either “No” or “No, not at all”. In Ireland and Finland this goes for more than 30 percent. The two options have been answered by an equal percentage of respondents.
