Userneeds has been operating since 2001 and employs almost 70 people in Denmark and Sweden. For more than a decade Userneeds has been known as a leading company in data collection and market research, however, today Userneeds has grown into a digital front runner, developing the general understanding of market research by focusing on new technologies that enable clients to get an even deeper understanding of their target groups. In this month Userneeds opens up a sales office in Finland to get even closer to our Finnish clients and present our new products.
“For years we have had a very strong, versatile and devoted panel of around 40,000 members in Finland, but we haven’t fully utilised this asset. With this amount of panel members, we have the ability to locate many different segments within the panel and thus assist and provide services for a wide range of clients. Our company strategy for upcoming years is to expand our sales operations into mid-size European markets where we already have panels and with the unexplored potential in the Finnish panel it makes perfect sense to start this expansion in Finland. We still have our research department in Denmark but by having a native Finnish sales person in Finland we can better serve our Finnish customers”, says Johnny Jensen, CEO of Userneeds A/S.
At Userneeds we help many different clients from international brands to agencies, consultancies and universities to carry out analyses and collect knowledge based on data. We have our own panels in the Nordics, Ireland and Switzerland, which we have nurtured from the ground up and through partners we have access to panels from the entire world. That being said, market research is far from the only thing Userneeds does, as we continuously work on enriching our existing data sources by developing new ways to gain insight and collect data. The newest technology, different digital platforms and channels are thus part of how Userneeds can help clients get an accurate and deep understanding of a specific target group.
Liisa Frick, who has previously worked for advertising agencies, most previously in Kuubi and hasan & partners, has been appointed to run Userneeds’ sales operations as a country manager in Finland. “I find it very inspiring to bring a new player with such a long history and good reputation as Userneeds into the Finnish Market research field.
