Who can join one of Userneeds’ panels?
Anyone over the age of 16 who lives in either Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Austria or Switzerland can become a member of one of Userneeds’ panels.
Do I have to answer every survey that Userneeds sends me?
Your answers are important to us and we value each time you give your opinion by answering a questionnaire. It is completely up to you if you wish to answer all of the surveys we send you or only some of them.
Do I need to answer the surveys straight away?
This depends on how long the Userneeds survey is open for data collection. With some surveys, the data collection is only open for a couple of hours, while other surveys may remain live for several weeks. Usually, the surveys we run collect data for between five and seven days. As it is hard to say precisely how long a survey is active for, we recommend that you answer the survey as quickly as possible once you have received the invitation e-mail.
How do I correct my answer if I answered incorrectly?
It is not possible to go back in the survey and correct a mistake. We have set our system up this way so that we capture the first answer that comes to you.
Why do I fall outside the target group in the survey?
Some surveys need answers from specific groups of people, such as those who drive a certain car, are members of a trade union or have bought cornflakes in the last month. Although we always strive to send you surveys which are relevant to you, you may, on occasion, receive a survey where you do not fit the target group.
If you, however, experience receiving the message about being outside the target group the moment you click the link of the survey, here are the plausible reasons:
- You might try to answer the survey on a device the survey is not compatible with
- Your IP address might not be placed in a country where Userneeds has a panel (Userneeds has panels in the Nordics, Ireland and Switzerland)
- You may already have answered the survey via another online panel
If you are wondering why you were screened out from a survey, you can always reply to the email with the specific survey and we can look into the matter.
How do I withdraw from the panel?
Panel members may unsubscribe at any time, and it is easy to withdraw from the panel. To do so, simply find any email where we have invited you to complete a survey, and click on the link at the bottom of the email. You can also contact us on email@example.com. After resignation, all personal data is deleted.
Is Userneeds compliant with the GDPR?
Yes, Userneeds is compliant with the GDPR. This means that we only process data for authorised purposes and that we ensure data accuracy and integrity. There are data security measures in place which are based on risk assessment and encryption.
