Postal surveys can be an advantage, as the individual respondent can answer a questionnaire when it suits him/her. The respondents receive the questionnaire in paper form, complete it and return it. Further, it is possible to have your communication material assessed, which is an advantage in relation to e.g. telephone interview.
At postal surveys, you should be aware that data collection typically takes longer than with e.g. telephone interview. In addition, the response rate is often low at the same time as there are relatively high costs associated with data collection. We will guide you to choose the method that suits you best.
