Userneeds has now launched our unique new U Insights platform. Here you get direct access to Userneeds’ high quality online panels in both the Nordics and selected European markets. We’re effectively putting marketers back in the driver’s seat of brand survey data. The outcome is desirable: lower costs and shorter lead time.

The Brand Experience suite is the first addition to U Insights. It is easy to set up for the most common types of brand research. You will find a suite of preconfigured surveys including Brand Performance, Design & Concept and Ad Performance. As soon as you have selected your preconfigured survey and target audience, the process becomes automated.
Within a short timeframe, you will receive the results. A report will automatically be generated, which you can also view in the Brand Experience dashboard. Here you can compile and compare your survey results. You get a single view of your studies in one place.
